In a dental emergency, you should remain calm and try to contact Sparkle Family Dentistry as soon as possible. We can schedule an emergency dental appointment and offer instructions for temporary relief. In addition, our dental clinic is open on Saturdays to help you during weekend dental emergencies.

Dental implants are prosthetic teeth with a titanium post and porcelain crown, surgically implanted into your jawbone. The titanium post acts as an artificial root and anchors the prosthesis to your jawbone. Once the post integrates with the bone, a porcelain crown is screwed on top that matches to color and texture of your teeth.

The initial placement of the implant takes about 1-3 hours, depending on the number of implants and their location. After that, it might take several months for the implant to heal and fuse with your jawbone, after which the final crown placement and the procedure are complete.

During your Invisalign treatment, you must visit Sparkle Family Dentistry every 4-6 weeks. These checkups ensure that your teeth are shifting correctly and allow for any necessary modifications to the treatment, maximizing the effectiveness of Invisalign. Skipping these appointments can delay the results, requiring longer treatment time.

No age restrictions exist for Invisalign and Spark treatments, and teens and adults can straighten their teeth using it. However, you should note that the suitability of Invisalign may vary depending on the specific orthodontic needs. A consultation with Dr. Sahar and our orthodontist can help you decide whether Invisalign or Sparkare right.

Once your teeth reach the ideal alignment after Invisalign treatment, our dentist might recommend wearing a retainer to prevent teeth from shifting again. You should also continue getting regular checkups and cleanings at Sparkle Family Dentistry and follow good oral hygiene for a beautifully aligned and symmetric smile.
